Brad was very patient with me as we were searching for our first home. We saw a few properties on more than one occasion, and he was always happy to show us around. When we finally did settle on a location, he gave us advice on putting in the offer when we found a place and discovered there were already two other offers. Even after closing he has been helpful in pointing out some grout-work that needed to be redone and finding painters to get it the colors that we want before we formally move in.

Many thanks to Brad, we listed and closed in under 30 days! For a little context, I have now hit the trifecta working with Brad having bought a house, leased out my rental property, and most recently sold a condo. I have worked with other realtors, but I have never worked with anyone with the knowledge and experience that Brad has in the Arlington and Falls Church markets. As someone who tends to ask a lot of questions and reads all of the documents, Brad was always there to patiently answer questions and help work through process, especially on short timelines. Brad was an excellent sales associate. He was able to accommodate our needs on nights and weekends and was able to respond quickly to the very competitive market in Arlington, VA. In the end we were able to have our bid chosen on a house that had 7 other offers.
